We visited the Alamo and the Riverwalk and the weather was spectacular! Our trip was cut short because two days prior to this spectacular weather South Texas got pounded by an arctic blast. It crippled south Texas for a day. It was horrible! Either way we made it to San Antonio and that is what is important.
We decided to eat at a mexican restaurant called, The Original. It was ok. The chips for dipping were really good:). Robert was having a blast with little Jace.
Here is a picture of Berta and her husband, Nate. They are so much fun! I hope we can travel again soon with them:). Technically, it is a trip for just me and Berta;). Either way, we had a blast!
Anyways, at the restaurant there was live entertainment. I requested for the mariachis to play one of my favorite songs...Mujeres Divinas. They hit the notes just like Vicente Fernandez. It was absolutely BEAUITFUL! It reminded me and Robert of our wedding:).
